The nicest family I have ever met!

Great Minds Bright Futures is lucky to have the support of so many from the Ainscough family.  And I have to say, they are one of the nicest families I have ever met.

Not only do they show tremendous empathy towards the Great Minds Bright Futures children, but they continue to be extremely generous in their support.  It’s not just financial, such as sponsoring a child, supporting our feeding programme and infrastructure projects, the support goes beyond this.

The Ainscough family members have also involved their children’s school to collect aid, made up hundreds of hygiene packs, provided piano’s and clothing, plus organised a steel container and it’s safe transportation to allow us to collect more aid.

One family member has also offered her staff paid time off work to undertake our fundraisers.  Two family members offer their clay pigeon shooting range to help us raise funds, a day which takes up a lot of resource and more importantly their time.  Others attend our fundraisers!

I hold members of the Ainscough family in high esteem.  I have been lucky enough to watch and track the progress of one of their many endeavours – Wigan Youth Zone.  My work in Malawi tries to replicate the tremendous support that this facility gives to local children and the variety of activities that are on offer to the children.  They should be very proud of this work, but also how it is inspiring people like me to emulate.

The Ainscough family also provide such inspiration and practical words of advice to me on numerous occasions.  Their precious time and energy is a constant in my journey.

Back in 2023, two family members also visited the children of Malawi, not only sharing their generous gifts of new school uniforms, pens, pencils and school books, but dedicating their time and inspiring words to the children.  There is no price that can be put on these inspiring words.

Thank you to the Ainscough’s for your generous assistance in all areas.  Along with the children of Great Minds Bright Futures, I am indebted to you.  Thank you.  May our relationship be long and fruitful for both the Armstrong’s and the Ainscough’s.
